A Resource to Steward Your Singleness

This weekend, it was cold and I decided to stay home from church. One of the blessings that has come out of the pandemic is that there are definitely A LOT more churches showing their sermons online. I love that I don’t have to go out in icky weather to go to church. I also LOVE to watch church in my pajamas. I know, I know! It’s definitely not the same. Yet I do it. Often, I learn something that I needed to learn at just that very time. Ever hear of the expression that God is always right on time? This sermon was right on time.

Anyway, I watched Red Rocks Church this weekend. In 2019, I ran across their Red Rocks Worship station on YouTube and I loved it. In late 2020, I ran across a sermon on YouTube as well – loved it too! Sunday, when I decided not to go to physical church I felt a nudge to watch Red Rocks. So, we did.

I turned it on and almost changed it because the title was “How to Steward Your Singleness” and the series is “Let’s Talk Relationships.” I thought it was very cool because we’re talking about relationships this month! OMGosh! Some people call that coincidence…I call it a God-thing. God works things out so that it all works out for his good.

As we watched, we both said out loud “I wish I had heard this years ago.” It was so good! As a married person I got a lot out of it. And the truth is the stuff that they talk about applies to other relationships too. I don’t want to ruin it for you so I won’t say anything else.

If you’re single – watch it! This guy is telling the Word. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=enqexet7jCs

Here’s the first in the series too. We haven’t watched it yet, but we’re definitely going to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxCzrFXgFUw

I hope you’re having a fabulous day. Check back in later this week for more about relationships! Have a blessed day friends!
